1. License

QyPOS is provided as self-hosted software. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your business operations. The Software may not be redistributed or sublicensed without express written permission.

2. Self-Hosted Responsibility

As self-hosted software, you are solely responsible for:

• Your own server infrastructure and security
• Data backup and disaster recovery
• Compliance with local tax and financial regulations
• Managing user access and credentials

3. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors make no guarantees regarding accuracy of financial calculations, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qybrix Inc. be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or business interruption.

5. Financial Accuracy

While the Software uses FIFO costing and balanced rounding, it is the user's responsibility to verify financial calculations against physical inventory and cash counts. The Software is a tool, not a substitute for proper accounting practices.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
