1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Silent Zone, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Silent Zone is an application designed to automatically manage your device's volume and "Do Not Disturb" settings based on your geographic location (Geofencing).

3. User Responsibilities

• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law.
• Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the installation of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Qybrix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qybrix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
