At Qybrix, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how Qybrix RMS ("the Service") collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Qybrix RMS, we collect:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and restaurant details when you register.
  • Payment Data: Billing information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Usage Data: Order history, menu items, sales reports, and operational data generated through your use of the Service.
  • Staff Data: Information about staff accounts created by restaurant administrators.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the RMS platform
  • Process transactions and send billing notifications
  • Generate analytics and reports for your restaurant
  • Improve and optimize platform performance
  • Send service updates and support communications
  • Ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity

3. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, multi-tenant data isolation, regular security audits, and SOC 2 compliant practices. Each restaurant's data is encrypted and separated for maximum protection.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days. Upon cancellation, you may export your data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. Order history retention varies by plan (7-180 days).

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services including Stripe for payment processing and AWS for cloud infrastructure. These providers meet industry-standard security compliance requirements.
