Terms of Service

By using Qybrix RMS ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Qybrix RMS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qybrix RMS is a cloud-based restaurant management platform that provides point-of-sale, QR table ordering, analytics, staff management, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered pricing plans.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring accurate menu and pricing data, compliance with local food safety and tax regulations, and all activities that occur under your account.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. Qybrix will not use your data for purposes other than providing and improving the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qybrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of revenue or business interruption.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
